Enjoy the Brisk Fall Temps

For those of us who haven’t been able to spend a lot of time outside during the hot summer season, autumn months are a perfect opportunity to spend outside. Some activities, you can enjoy are going on a walk, collecting leaves, visiting a pumpkin patch, and planting/ gardening. Remember to check the weather forecast to ensure a healthy and enjoyable day outside. Fall weather can change suddenly, so make sure you pick the right clothes. Don’t forget hats and sunscreen-UV rays can still cause skin damage on cloudy days. Also, even after the hot summer months, hydration is necessary, so make sure you have extra water.

Whatever you do, enjoy yourself and welcome the “cozy” atmosphere of the fall season. Spending time outside or indoors, whether alone, social distancing, or with family and friends, will help you feel good — and as the nights get longer and the days get shorter, we can all do those feel-good things, even during the pandemic.
